ICF Certified Life/Performance Coach

Get to know me…

As a wife and a mom of 4 beautiful busy blessings, I am acutely aware of just how much we need community in our lives. I believe we were put here on Earth to live in community, never designed to live alone. When my family made a move for a career change in 2010 I felt so lonely. I wanted to reach out to my new neighbors, but I felt I had no time to be a good friend. At that point, we had 2 toddlers and 2 full time jobs while navigating a new city. My husband and I barely had time for each other while we were finding our new foundation, the thought of trying to nurture new relationships on top of that was too much for me to comprehend.

I lived in my chaotic motherhood loneliness for about 2 years. Then being the extrovert that I am, my soul desired people! So, I decided I would begin with small changes where I could… With me. This led me to online inspiration and accountability groups. I was able to get my mental and physical health under control and I was feeling great. When you find something great, you naturally want to share it. So I began running my own groups and helping clients who were just like I was.

After almost a decade of coaching in the health and fitness industry, I knew I wanted to help in more ways. Therefore, I became a certified life and performance coach. I am now helping people with not only health and fitness, but self-worth, motherhood, professional growth, grief and spiritual growth. Watching my clients grow into their divine selves and thrive is my passion.

My other passions are watching my family grow and flourish, and pretty much anything sports! As I write this, I am in a hotel room in a neighboring state for club volleyball. I really mean it when I say we LOVE sports. I also really, really enjoy home improvements. I have my daily devotionals and meditations that help me keep my head on. My goal is to write a meditation devotional one day. I am an avid researcher and learner. My music library runs from For King and Country to Eminem and Dre to Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson. OH- I love the sky and everything to do with it (just snapped a sunrise picture over the cityscape this morning).

God has brought me through some really messy things. The most recent one that rocked my world was unexpectedly losing my mother to a brain aneurysm. Exactly a year later, my stepmom overdosed and the next year my youngest stepbrother overdosed. I share this because you need to understand that whatever you are going through, how ever lonely you feel, you are not alone. Let God turn your mess into His message.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you!
